After selecting Effects down arrow > Color Substitution > Color Substitution, the Color Substitution task pane appears Use the Old Color tool to select the color to be replaced Use the New Color tool to select the desired color In Color accuracy, specify the range of colors and select the default value of 100% to use the exact color identified Enable the Swap colors option. When the desired Effect is achieved, click Close and then, Capture.

The swap color of flash has other flash tools as well such as the ink bottle, paint bucket, eyedropper, etc. using which you can copy the attributes from one object to another or change the fill of an object
