I am not making tuts at moment due to illness but there are some out there to help you. You need to make the parts of the character in a program like photoshop and then bring them into flash and convert to icons ( I think) then animate them separately.

I have watched several tutorials for Flash and found yours to be among the best. I would love to show this to my HS students who will woon beginning to work with Fash CS. I esp. like your references to Photoshop tools as the students are familiar with those tools. Thank you

I have watched several tutorials for beginning Flash and really like yours. I hope you won’t mind if I show this to my HS students. We have just finished studying Photoshop and I like your references to PHotoshop tools in this tutorial. One of the first exercises they will be doing is very similar to this tutorial. It would be esp useful since they could play it again on their computers if they do not understand something the first time you show it.
